To eat more plant-based, means to add more veggies, fruits, whole grains and plant-based proteins into your diet. 🌾

Choosing more plant-based options makes it easier for us to include more fibre in our diet and reduce our consumption of saturated fats and processed meats among other things. This can help to prevent various diseases such as certain types of cancer, cardiovascular disease and diabetes.
