A GENTLE REMINDER: I am "Me." In all the universe, there is no other quite like me. What flows from me—every word, thought, and feeling—is utterly mine, shaped by my choices, sculpted by my will. I own all of it: my body, my voice, my actions, every feeling I hold close or cast wide—whether it touches another or brushes against my own heart.
I am the keeper of my dreams, my fantasies, my quiet hopes, and even my fears. I claim my triumphs, stumbles, the bruises of failure, and the glowing embers of success all as mine. And because I own all of myself, I am free to know myself deeply, see myself fully, and love and embrace each part of who I am.
There are mysteries in me, pieces I don’t yet understand. And yet, with kindness and patience, I can walk into those unknowns, brave and curious, searching for answers, insights, and the uncharted corners of my being.
Whatever I look like, sound like, feel, think, say, or do at any given moment is real, a true expression of *me.* If, in time, some of these expressions no longer fit who I am becoming, I can let them go. I can discard what no longer serves me, carry forward what still resonates, and create anew. I am my own creator, architect, and work of art.
I have everything I need: the tools to survive, to connect, to create meaning, and to find harmony in the world around me. I am my own foundation, and I can shape myself from that foundation.
I am "me", and I am enough.
