We will all learn eventually…
Once we have suffered enough, once we have tried everything else, once our hearts have broken and crumbled to pieces, finally we will come to see that love is the only way.

From love we can take wise action, that’s rooted in an energy of forgiveness and compassion, that unlocks cycles of violence. Un-does black and white thinking, dismantles us vs them mentality and brings back the humanity of every being regardless of perception. It’s not naive… it’s the only thing that works.

Feel your feelings and take responsibility. Keep your heart open and be the one to stop the perpetuation of hate.

I pray that we come swiftly to see,

A Morning Meditation Prayer:

Thank you for another day to be alive.
Thank you for my body, it’s beating heart, breathing lungs and feeling capacity.
Thank you for the many blessings in my life. I acknowledge all that I have even when life brings me challenges.
Thank you for the love and peace that is always available.
Please help me to be present and grateful throughout my day.
May my presence be a light that shines the way for others today.

We are very excited to be offering this year long deep dive Starting March 1st, for those who are ready to make meditation a priority in their life! 🙏🏼

What if waking up didn’t just mean starting your day but stepping into a life with greater ease, clarity, and wisdom?

Join meditation instructors Brayden Jones and Leo Lobbestael, trained under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach (MMTCP), for this year-long, trauma- informed workshop. Through meditation, grounded teachings, and the facilitators’ personal insights gained from sacred medicines (often referred to as psychedelics), we explore wisdom that doesn’t belong to anyone or anything but arises naturally when the body, heart, and mind rest in the present moment.

This program is for anyone seeking greater balance, deeper understanding, or safe exploration of transformational practices. We honour all paths— come as you are.

Program Details:
•12 month program with timeless teachings focusing on 10 core Foundational understandings found in many of the worlds ancient traditions.
•2 90 minute online group sessions per month that include a didactic teaching portion and an experiential practice portion.
•1 120 minute online group session every second month with breathwork or meditation for a deeper immersion into experiential education.
•2 live 60 minute 1 on 1 coaching calls over course of program.
•Community connection, learning and support
•Unlimited direct access to conversations with facilitators for further guidance through WhatsApp
