This page is getting revamp!
Thank you to everyone who is still following along.

I am still teaching yoga in Merrickville at Power Pole, twice a week now.
Mondays at 4:30pm (Power flow)
Wednesdays at 7pm (Slow Flow)

This page is now solely dedicated to my yoga, reiki and rose healing.
This work hasn’t been my main focus this past year, I unfortunately have been extremely turned off seeing preformative healing by brick and morter businesses who target vulnerable people pushing “healing” like a shopping channel infomercial.

I have now made a seperate page for my gardening services as my experienced grows and I take on clients again this spring.

I will post my new page soon for anyone who wants to help support my gardening business and see what I am getting up to this spring.

I have officially started my metal smithing apprenticeship at the Perth Jewelry Guild!

I have the opportunity to learn beside a very knowledge Goldsmith and friend of mine.

I’ve constructed two silver rings, pearl/silver studs and I’m currently working on my third scallop ring for my stack.

This ancient occupation predates recorded history.

I’ve have put some things on the back burner to focus on jewelry making!

I’ve also secured a local part time job as my farm season ends this week.

This spring I helped my friend Jennifer open her store Ephemeral, Downtown Perth!

This is an artist collective shop, everything is handmade by someone local.
It’s filled with passionate and talented artists.

It’s also home to the Perth Jewellery Guild where I am starting an apprenticeship to make jewellery.

It’s been a great few months for us, having a great deal of success myself selling vintage and handmade clothing.

What I’ve been up to this Spring/Summer!

Offically the start of harvesting season at the vegetable farm!
Feeding hundreds of families organic produce, I think farmers need more recognition then they receive.

I’ve been taking on gardening clients, weeding, mulching and monthly maintenance.
If you want this for next season please get on my list ASAP.

Still teaching yoga too!
Find me in Merrickville every wednesday evening.

These photos are from my personal rose garden I’ve been working on.
Ive added a lot of new varieties this year (and every year) and they’re doing fantastic.

I would love to make a rose garden for someone, and help maintain it…if you know any locals, estates or businesses that want something like this to attract customers and bring in a new vibe to the land, or bring back the old vibe of historic rose gardens.

I’ll be back to facials in November.

I’ve been a little quiet on here as I started my job with Rooted Oak Farm in North Augusta, working on an Organic Vegetable Farm with 7 planted acres!!
I am falling in love with vegetables every single day I am there.

I am still teaching yoga Wednesday evenings in Merrickville at Power Pole Performance.

My friend Jennifer will be opening her new shop Downtown Perth very soon!
If you are a local artist looking for a shop to sell your items or host workshops, this is an amazing new spot where I will be hosting my Rose Rituals workshops and events!
I also am selling my Vintage and Handmade clothing collection here.

My husband has started Emerys Lawn + Garden, and you can probably take a guess that I am the “Garden” in Lawn + Garden.
Offering lawn cutting and gardening services to the surrounding areas.
(We are full and unable to take more lawncare clients this season, but have lots of openings for garden services)

We will talk about what is needed to purchase the right rose for your location, planting, care and winter protection to set you up with the most success.

After we will make a rose incense beeswax candle.

This is an introduction on how to successfully purchase, plant and grow a thriving rose garden.
I will go through all factors that need to be considered when purchasing, planting and growing roses.
I will give you the confidence to take on planting your own rose garden.

We will be crafting with .incense making a beautiful bees wax candle rolled in rose incense to use for our Rose Rituals.

Our next workshop will be on June 1st will be focusing on growing roses for cut flower production.

There is a lot to learn, so I have broken it up into two workshops so you can either come to one, or come to both! There is a lot to learn in both workshops.

Please share this offering with garden friends, flower lovers or flower farmers looking to start the rose journey with confidence.

Moving 6 hours from where you grew up is not easy.

Everything I do here is brand new to me, this is a personal challenge as I struggle to put myself out there.
I am constantly being pushed out of my comfort zone.

I grew up in a very small town, lived in the city at points in college, but settled back into an even more remote location in the country, than I had grown up in.

Smiths Falls, Merrickville and Perth have more people and are bigger bustling towns than ive ever been used to living near.

This is like city living for me, with so many people and being close to amenities and tourism.

I’m a small town girl just trying to navigate a new life and location in Eastern Ontario.

I appreciate all the interest in my services, but I am putting a hold on most services for the summer, as I start a new job organic vegetable farming.

My true passion is plants, and showing the power of healing through nature and the garden.

I hope one day I can share that more here with all the new people I have yet to meet and connect with.

Rose Rituals Workshops are staring MAY 4TH and continuing bi-weekly.

Rose Rituals Workshops will be honouring and worshiping the rose through meeting with like minded people to discuss various Rose topics and community crafting together, using different incorporation of roses into our crafts.

May 4th- Topic: How To Grow Roses: for the garden, and crafting a beeswax candles with loose rose incense.

May 18th- How To Grow Roses: for cut flowers, and crafting bath salts with rose petals.

I am blessed to be working alongside an amazing new friend who is opening her beautiful storefront in Perth Ontario, May 1st.

This is where I will be spending a lot of my time and using the space for workshops, and selling my various vintage items.
