Our Story
Offering Coaching and Counselling to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss and other issues that get in the way of living. I particularly connect with those who are trying to sort out their Plan B after their initial Plan A has had to be abandoned. A unique focus for me is to work with partners and spouses of those struggling with addiction, especially Problematic Out of Control Sexual Behaviour. I offer counselling with a coaching edge, taking the past into consideration while pushing toward a better future.
