❄️ Winter of Play: Indoor Snowy Play
Bring winter indoors with themed therapy play - try one or more:

⛄️ Snowy Calm Corner: fake snow/cotton, cool lights, snow globe, weighted blanket.
⛄️ Thought Snowflakes: each snowflake = a thought, memory, or feeling.
⛄️ Snow Sensory Bins: shaved ice or Insta-snow + spoons + small figures.

These tools support expression, grounding, and sensory regulation and are perfect for clinics, classrooms, or home calming spaces.

❄️ Winter of Play: Snow Bread

Make Snow Bread by scooping, packing, and kneading snow like dough.

Heavy-work play (pushing, squeezing, lifting) helps regulate the body and calm the nervous system.

Instructions:
🧤Bring mittens or waterproof gloves.
❄️ Scoop snow into a bowl or container.
⛄️ “Knead” it with both hands until it forms a dense ball.
🪵 Add sticks, seeds, or nature items to decorate.
