I am many things including a mother, hairstylist and a RYT-500 yoga instructor. My journey started with DevaTree School of Yoga's 200hr Cross-Disciplinary Yoga teacher training in the spring of 2013. I have continued to train, learn & deepen my practice with this incredibly diverse school. I'm very passionate about yoga & love to share that with you! I have a private space in my home for this offering of beautifully grounding Reiki healing energy �

Everything we need is already within.. sometimes we need help accessing it. Yoga (& Reiki) helps me do that. I look forward to meeting with you.

Our research shows a powerful, measurable relationship between the heart and the brain – and how they communicate to keep the body well.
