Mindfulness isn’t about switching it off; it’s about seeing it for what it is.

Next time your inner critic pipes up, notice it without adding another layer of self-judgment.
You can simply say, “Judgment is here.”
That moment of awareness is the doorway to clarity, peace, and self-compassion.
