A few years ago, I saw that there was a gap in London ON for overnight support - so I knew it was time to change that!

This popular doula service focuses on sleep, so that you can finally have that full night’s rest you need.

I take care of your baby’s feeds (or bring to you for a feed as needed), diapers, and soothe them back to sleep too.

I can also help with:

✅ Light cleaning (eg. laundry & dishes)
✅ Newborn care & routines
✅ Answering questions & problem solving
✅ Community referrals & resources

Friends, we are in need of warm winter coats, warm, dry boots, hats and warm gloves.

Gently worn is great, but please make sure they are washed and in ready to wear condition.. umbrellas and rain ponchos are also always appreciated.

🚨UPDATE: INFANT FEEDING DROP-IN CANCELLED for the rest of 2025.🚨

We are sorry to pause this offering, but we will be cancelling our monthly drop-in for the rest of 2025. We’re hoping that the interest will increase again, and we can look at offering this again in the near future!

In the meantime, Ari Pediatric Dentistry is always here for your infant feeding concerns and children’s oral healthcare, and Keri at Grounded Doula has got you covered for birth and postpartum doula support!

Sharing a recent review from a lovely postpartum fam!

For these first-time parents, we focused on normal (and weird) newborn development and care, validated how hard the early “newborn trenches” is, celebrated wins, household tasks, and prioritized rest for the parents.

Do yourself a HUGE favour: plan for your postpartum while pregnant! It’s the best gift you can give to yourself. 🙌

Storytime is happening every week at your Library! 📖

Join us for stories, songs, rhymes, and more. Children (ages 1+) will build early literacy skills and develop a lifelong love of learning. Stay afterwards to play and connect with other families.

We are pleased to share that LHSC is raising the standard of women’s health care with the introduction of a new Women’s Minor Procedure Room (MPR).

The MPR is a dedicated space where patients can receive a range of common gynecological procedures — including IUD insertions, biopsies and pap smears — under conscious sedation.
