✨ Exciting News! ✨

After nearly 8 years as the In-Store Dietitian at Atlantic Superstore, I’m thrilled to share that I’m starting a new chapter! Beginning September 8th, you can now find me at Acadian Shores Health Centre as their Registered Dietitian.

I’m so grateful for all the connections I’ve made and the experiences I’ve had at Superstore. It’s been such a privilege to have worked so closey with the pharmacists and their staff and also to support individuals and families in our community through food and nutrition.

I’m excited to continue that journey at Acadian Shore. I can’t wait to see some familiar faces and meet new ones too!

What to Expect During a Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy Assessment:

If you're considering pelvic floor physiotherapy, here's what a typical initial assessment may include:

✅ A thorough review of your medical and gynecological history
✅ Discussion about your current bladder and bowel habits
✅ A physical examination to assess posture, joint mobility, and overall muscle strength
✅ (With your consent) An internal pelvic exam to evaluate pelvic floor muscle tone, strength, relaxation and coordination
✅ A detailed explanation of the assessment findings and a personalized treatment plan
✅ Guidance on home exercises and self-care strategies to begin your recovery journey.
