In the fall of 2014 I headed to Ottawa to pursue my dream of becoming a Massage Therapist. After hard work and perseverance I graduated from the Massage Therapy Intensive program at Algonquin College in June of 2016.

Since graduating I have dedicated my time and resources in a number of different clinic/spa settings and have taken continuing education courses to advance my knowledge to better help my clients.

In April of 2019 I decided to open up my own Massage Therapy practice. I just really wanted to provide a safe warm relaxing environment for clients of all ages to come and experience the many amazing benefits of Massage Therapy in the best way!

I am also very passionate about working with the fascial system and the effect it has on the entire body. I incorporate this in every treatment as I know it can greatly benefit everyone.

I have the ability to help calm the nervous system through gentle Swedish relaxation techniques as well as deep tissue to improve circulation, reduce muscular and fascial tension, improve posture and flexibility, as well as facilitate relaxation.

My clients all tell me “I have healing hands.” Through my compassion and empathy for others and kind heart I have the knowledge and the ability to put people at ease and make them feel very comfortable in each and every treatment that I do.

I solely focus on each individual to give the best treatment for an amazing outcome in order to achieve each individuals treatment goals, and to provide helpful home care suggestions in between sessions to also aid in your therapeutic healing.

I love what I do and know that shines through in each and everyone of my treatments. I want each and every one of my clients to be treated how I would like to be treated.
