Hello. My name is Sylvie.
I was first introduced to Reiki in the early 2000s, initially as a client seeking healing and balance. That experience sparked a deep connection with the practice, leading me to begin my formal Reiki journey in 2005 when I completed Level One. Over the years, my path unfolded with dedication and personal growth, and I am now honored to serve as a Reiki Master Practitioner.
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that originated in Japan in the early 20th century, founded by Mikao Usui. It promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance, and physical well-being by channeling universal life force energy through the hands to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself on all levels—body, mind, and spirit.
My approach is rooted in both personal transformation and professional training. I bring not only the profound healing I’ve experienced through Reiki but also a background in counseling, which allows me to support others with empathy, insight, and compassion. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I create a safe, grounded, and supportive space for healing, honoring each person’s pace and unique journey. My practice is a space for clients to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and access their own inner healing wisdom.

I was born a psychic. At a very young age, I could see family members who had passed on to the other side without knowing who they were. I was able to describe them with accuracy to my living family members. I blocked my gifts for many years until the loss of a child and on my own healing journey, I embraced my gifts with a desire to help people in their own healing journeys. Through my own tragedies and grief my passion changed my life. I began to share my work, my gift and passion to help heal other people.
As a psychic medium, I receive insights, images, feelings and messages. I can help clients gain a broader insight into their own life journey, helping with relationships, family and loved ones passed. Helping clients to be present and giving gratitude for the small things in life.

My Reiki journey began in the 1990 as receiving Reiki treatments as a client. It has transformed my life guiding me to a place of inner peace. Seeing the benefits that it was having on my own healing and well-being I knew that I wanted to help heal others as a Reiki Master.
In 2018 I became a Reiki Practitioner. I started a daily practice on myself and practiced on friends and family. Through this process I continued on my spiritual journey.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique using light touch or no touch. It refers to the Universal Life Force energy. Reiki is based on the concept that the energy flows thought all of us. If this energy becomes blocked it increases the likelihood of stress or illness.
Having worked as a mental health counselor for over twenty years I incorporate my counseling skills along with my Reiki training and life skills to help people find balance with their mental, physical, emotional, social and spiritual areas of their live
