Attending college or university can be an exciting and memorable experience in life BUT it can also be very stressful. Moving away from home, juggling life skill expectations like laundry, food, chores etc can be challenging. Making new friends, dealing with room mates and dating can all add to the stress. Staying on track with your studies, while worried about finances and jobs can be overwhelming.

Are you a student, or parent of a student away at college or university who is struggling with any of these things? We have therapists who can help. Although our offices are located in Carleton Place, we offer virtual sessions. You can also see a therapist while away at school, see them in person when you come home. There is lots of flexibility in how you receive support.

Can't believe it has been almost 1 year since I opened the Carleton Place Collective. I lost a few nights sleep wondering if this would work, would people see the purpose, would people want to get involved? It was an overwhelming yes to all of those questions. With over 140+ classes, workshops and events offered over the past year and more beginning all the time, it has surpassed my expectations!

So, come celebrate with us. Drop in for some cake and meet some of the practitioners, artists, musicians, fitness and breathework instructors etc. We will have a list of all our classes available! We look forward to seeing you.
