Recognition for a couple of our members today due to their success at the of a unique pattern. Criteria were to include a wide range of dynamic movement in a short & relatively easy-to-do sequence, incorporate two previously known postures each, and agree on one more posture that complements the other four; then, to find a way for the individual moves to transition smoothly & teach it to another student. After we worked out a few modifications, Mark & Terry were awarded certificates for their contribution of the to our club's intermediate curriculum. Thank you, both!

You know what's funny? Toxic people have this super sneaky way of making you feel guilty for setting boundaries.

They'll try to twist it around and make you think your perfectly healthy decision to protect yourself is actually just you holding a grudge or being petty; but, here's the thing: boundaries are necessary for maintaining your mental and emotional well-being.

It's not about holding onto anger or resentment; it's about recognizing your worth and knowing what you will and won't tolerate in your life.

So, don't let anyone guilt-trip you into thinking that standing up for yourself is somehow wrong.

You deserve to feel safe and respected, and establishing boundaries is a key part of that self-care journey.
