A faint scent of autumn — tinged with an austere air.
This morning, I planned to follow my usual routine of morning practice and meditation, but suddenly felt the urge to go for a run — to relax my body and mind, and stretch my limbs. After putting on my summer running outfit, I realized it wouldn’t keep me warm enough, so I quickly switched to windproof pants — my knees and legs deserve proper protection.
It is now the very start of autumn, with summer still lingering, a moment when yin and yang are in transition. We should follow the rhythm of the seasons, adapt to the shifts between warmth and coolness, and let our body and mind move in harmony with nature, nurturing life in tune with the time of year.
嗅到一丝丝秋的味道——收敛、肃穆。
清晨,本想按常规做早课,但忽然心血来潮,想去跑步,放松身心、舒展筋骨。换上夏季跑步的装扮后,觉得不够保暖,便果断换上一条能挡风的裤子——膝盖和双腿,可要好好保护。
此刻正值立秋初至,盛夏未退,天地间的阴阳正在交替。我们应顺应季节的节奏,适应寒热的变化,让身心与自然同频,借天时而养生。
