🔥 What to expect:
Daytime highs of 31 to 36 degrees Celsius.
Humidex values of 40 to 45.
Overnight lows of 21 to 25 degrees Celsius, providing little relief from the heat.
🏠 Stay safe during the heat wave:
Stay indoors during peak afternoon hours (12pm-6pm)
Drink plenty of water throughout the day
Wear loose, lightweight, light-colored clothing if you must go outside
Never leave children or pets in vehicles
Check on elderly neighbors and relatives
Take frequent breaks if working outdoors
