We are looking for an individual that can provide support and mentorship in parenting children with disabilities to parents who are struggling with their own disabilities for approximately 12 hours/month. We need someone who is patient, understanding and willing to support from a non-judgmental place. For those of you who don't know us, our names are Amanda Kishayinew and Fitzgerald Chief, We are band members of Onion Lake and have just started a company called Safe Haven Transport
I wanted to create a page for our business, since social media is the best way to get our name out there.
To those of you unfamiliar with what we do here's a little bit of information.

We are a Vendor with FNIHB meaning you can utilize our services and we invoice them directly.
Our company focuses on those last minute medical appointments or detox and treatment pick ups or drop offs all over Saskatchewan and Alberta. If our services are needed for Onion Lake band members, call Onion Lake Medical Transportation first and if needed they will contact us.
We can transport clients to Kainai, La Ronge, Regina, Prince Albert, Peace River... you name it.
We are also able to transport non band members as long as they have a status number.
Safe Haven Transport is able to serve surrounding communities such as Frog Lake, Thunderchild, Ministickwan, Loon Lake and many others. We are also able to assist with hospital pick ups for your community. If you have any other questions please feel free to give us a call at
