I have been using these techniques for over 12 years; teaching them since 2019 and after all this time, I’m still blown away by the impact they have had and still have l; physically, mentally and emotionally. I’ve used these techniques to support me through the everyday stresses and through some of the most challenging and life changing experiences I’ve had.
One of the many things I really appreciate about BodyTalk Access is that I can do it any where - in bed, in my car, at work, at the airport; I’ve even done it in a canoe! And you can’t overdo these techniques; they just give your body what it needs; so you can do it as often as you feel.
One of the most common things I hear (and I feel it too) is that people notice a difference between the days that they do BodyTalk Access and the days they don’t.

The 5 techniques that make up the BodyTalk Access routine are:
Cortices - harmonize the left and right hemispheres of the brain, bring body into parasympathetic nervous system mode, improve focus, concentration, mental clarity
Switching - stabilize your threshold for stress, increase adaptability, resiliency and vitality
Hydration - support the cells so that they can take in, absorb and utilize water more efficiently
Body Chemistry - stimulate healthy immune response, calm allergies and intolerances
Reciprocals - improve mobility, flexibility, balance, postural alignment, “feel balanced and internally strong” Olivia C. Thunder Bay, Ont
You will also learn the Fast Aid protocol; which can be used in emergency situations.
Once you know the routine it can be done in about 12 minutes, which is also one of the things I love about BodyTalk Access; it can easily be integrated into your day!
