Same Day Smiles: Successful Smile Transformation! ✨ Our patient lost a front tooth, and her old crown fractured at the gumline. An immediate implant was placed the same day. New implant-supported crown is placed in less than 24 hours.

Prosthetic guided surgery guide for a partially edentulous patient. Who was wearing a partial denture for the past five years. She is tired of wearing it and also lost it twice. Had to invest to make new ones. She wanted to explore implants as an option. Due to the fact that she is been missing teeth for sometime. Conventional surgery can be challenging. With the new advancements in keyhole Guided implant surgery, I was able to plan and place 2 implants precisely. Patient generally go back to work next day after this kind of surgery. From Struggle to Smile: A Journey to Renewed Confidence! 😊🦷

Our recent insertion appointment marked a turning point for our patient, who battled with loose, ill-fitting dentures, leading to eating difficulties and sore spots.

Our solution - A carefully crafted plan involving the placement of 5-6 implants in both arches, providing stability and comfort. These implants, adorned with fixed dentures from Adamo Lab using Phonares 2 by Ivoclar, offer a glimpse into a future of seamless function and aesthetics.

The road ahead - Two months of transitional denture wear to acclimate the patient to improved oral hygiene, speech, and chewing habits. With maintenance as simple as brushing, water flossing, and using a water pick, we're empowering our patient on the path to lasting wellness.

Stay tuned for updates as we embark on a journey spanning up to a year, culminating in the final prosthetics. If all goes well, these transitional dentures will pave the way for the exciting transition to zirconia hybrids made by Nexus IOS.
