My mom friends are always wondering how I keep my sanity, especially since I’m not a mom but i help them with their kids all day!😅 let’s just say going to bed before 10, eating healthy properly portioned meals, 20/45 minute workouts, lifting toddlers, chasing toddlers, playing games with the older kids, walking kids to and from school and of course taking Charlie on marathon walks so he gets his exercise to!🤪 I’ve been over weight my whole life but since 2015 I’ve been able to fix it, and have been living my best life especially being 13 years seizure free!!💪💪
