Meet Nikki 🤍
Registered Nurse. Prescriber. Community caregiver. Advocate for confidence—from the inside out.
With over a decade of nursing experience and a prescribing certificate from Athabasca University, Nikki brings both clinical expertise and whole-person care to every appointment. Her early days in a rural ER laid the groundwork for a career built on trust, quick thinking, and compassion. Today, she’s still serving the same tight-knit community she started with—only now, in a more holistic way.
Nikki has spent the last 6+ years specializing in diabetes education, weight management, and hormonal support. She counsels on everything from blood sugar balance and GLP-1 medications to resistance training, reverse dieting, and metabolic health for women. Whether she’s explaining how protein affects insulin or walking you through proper lifting technique, Nikki is deeply committed to helping you feel your best—for the long haul.
With training in the Health Change Methodology, Mental Health First Aid, and extensive education in lifestyle-based care, she meets you where you are and works with you to build sustainable habits, grounded in science and compassion.
And she still brings that signature spark—equal parts humor, heart, and human connection—to every visit.
Whether she’s supporting patients through hormonal shifts, helping manage chronic conditions, or guiding someone toward more strength and self-trust—Nikki’s the kind of nurse who leaves you feeling both seen and supported.
