This is your chance to share your voice, shape future programs, and spark real change in our community.

We can’t ask for more youth opportunities if we’re not willing to build them together. This is our moment, let’s show up, speak up, and create the future we deserve. 💪🏾🌱

📢 Big news from TAIBU!

With a $1.3M Youth Opportunities Fund grant from Ontario Trillium Foundation , we’ve spent the last 6 years building a new pathway for Black youth across the GTHA, from disengagement to opportunity.

The From School to Success Pipeline project has centred Kujichagulia (Self-Determination), empowering Black youth, families, and communities to define success on their own terms.

By confronting the school-to-prison pipeline and building systems of support in education and employment, we’re creating spaces where Black youth can thrive.

🖤 Deep thanks to OTF, MPP Raymond Cho, our partners, and—most importantly—the youth who shared their truth and trusted us with their stories.
