🤩9 months on the inside (more like ten right… feels way longer)
😋9 months on the outside

🙈I really didn’t like being pregnant this time around. (I loved carrying Sunny!)

I was sick, tired, scared, resistant. It wasn’t good timing. It was really hard.
hayden was a super grounded amazing champion. And we had hard days and we made it through the valley.

I’m back to *almost* optimal vitality and beginning to ramp up our creative new venture.

☀️It feels good to FEEL GOOD. Vibes high, hopes even higher!

The thing is, you think you have time.

But time passes by and another year of the same same is over.

If you want to be as healthy as you are now in ten years, you need to act proactively.

That’s kind of wild to think about.

If you want to be happier than you are in ten years, stay on the path of service and your purpose… oh and defs turn off the news.

I have found personally and through my work with clients that you actually CAN give from an empty cup.

For a long time.

BUT that leads to resentment, burnout, exhaustion and a feeling of being defeated, like a failure and fatigue baby. That is not the look we are going for right!?

Make pouring into YOU and nourishing yourself a top priority and this compounds and flows back to you in ways you can’t even imagine! Family, relationship, community, sensuality, business, money, creativity!

Start a business they said!

They tell you about the freedom, the mid day bath, lazy coffee mornings, never having anyone else to answer to, the money, the glory!

They don’t tell you about the birthdays you’ll miss, the nights you’ll spend lying awake wondering why the F you’ve chosen this path, the lovers who will leave because they need someone more stable.

This biz thing is not for the faint of heart, it’s the ultimate self development 🎢 ride… all your shadows coming up screaming “who do you think you are”!

But something inside you refuses to kneel and you owe it to the YOU that has come this far and you’re too far now to turn back.

And it’s a beautiful thing you build through this journey… it’s YOU you’re building all along.

I’m sure you’ve seen all kinds of people talking about making money online while working two hours a day!

I’m here to tell you, that might work for a slim few but you gotta put in the work to make it work! For me that has been much more than 2 hours a day.

And that’s ok, I see the potential in creating and nurturing and online business. And if you’re reading this I know you do too!

🙈This might get my old business mentors boxers in a bunch but read on…

🚚When I had my food truck I used to go to the farmers market, stand in front of the cabbages and be like “God, how many cabbages do I need today?” And I would get an answer and I would take that many cabbages. Sometimes I ran out, sometimes we had too much cabbage… BUT IT SAVED ME HOURS OF TIME rather than trying to calculate the weight of the cabbage we would need based on how many pad thais I thought we would sell.

🥬Would a handy spreadsheet for cabbage purchasing have helped sometimes? SURE… BUT I didn’t let NOT having one stop me from selling pad thai. Those details can be helpful and you will (likely) need some documents for your legitimacy but if you are getting stuck in the paper-worky details and not moving ahead because you don’t have the BMC all ready to go, time is a wasting!

👏Just start moving. Focus on the things that move the needle: relationships, creativity, clients, putting yourself out there, refining your ideas and skills, oh and HAVING FUN.
