She didn’t need another 12-week program. She needed answers.
We’ve been told that if we just push harder >> track the food, do the workouts, stay “consistent”, the results will come.
But when you’re in perimenopause or menopause, and your hormones are completely shifting, your body stops responding to those old rules.
Another diet won’t fix what’s happening underneath the surface.
When she came to me, she didn’t need more restriction, she needed data. So we TESTED instead of guessing and what we found told a much deeper story.

And already, in just 3 weeks, her energy is climbing, her bloating is less, and she’s down 2 lbs — a huge win after months of steady gain.
