I talk a lot about how results take time.
But I don’t talk enough about how that time actually FEELS.

Because the space between “before” and “after”, can feel like nothing is working.

Let’s talk about your p**p.
Yeah, I said it.

You’ve been constipated since you were a kid — going every other day, maybe every third — and you’ve just accepted it as “normal.”

Fast forward 30 years...
You’re tired, bloated, moody, and no matter what you do — the weight won’t budge.
But sure, keep telling yourself “that’s just how my body works.” 🙄

Here’s the thing:
That’s not normal.
That’s not healthy.
That’s not how your body is meant to function.
