My favorite options

1.IMMUNE ACTIVE from metagenics
Includes vitamin C - a potent antioxidant that enhances immune defense by supporting various cellular functions of the immune system . It also contributes to skin health which is a crucial barrier against pathogens

Zinc - essential for normal development and function of immune cells .
NAC- N acetylcysteine a precursor to glutathione out master antioxidant

Muscle is the currency of aging. As you age you are naturally losing muscle mass - a condition called sarcopenia. Resistance training is required to build muscle ( body weight or weights ). Woman this requires heavy weights - not weights that are lighter than your purse ! Eating adequate protein is also key ( general recommendation for healthy people is 1gm per pound ideal body weight ). This is a lot ! It takes intentional planning to meet your protein goals . I can help build a plan that supports overall health and ensures you are getting enough protein #
