Welcoming Laresa Czervenatis, RMT ✨

Laresa graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2015. She was honoured with the Heart Award for ‘Unconditional positive regard for others with a passionate commitment to excellence in the massage therapy profession’. Laresa has a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing each patient is an individual needing a specific treatment plan to help reach their goals. She uses a variety of techniques that can include swedish massage, myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations and passive/active stretching. During treatment, emphasis is placed on clients taking an active role in their own well-being by offering customized stretching, strengthening, hydrotherapy and/or adjustments to daily activities. Laresa has treated a variety of injuries and conditions, including work-related postural pain and stress symptoms, headaches, sports injuries, frozen shoulder and pre/post pregnancy. Laresa has completed continuing education in courses for pregnancy, infant massage and post-cesarean treatment.
