Please by advised I’m taking a few days of May 16-22. I’m trying to find a locum doctor to fill in but no luck yet. But will keep trying. Please plan ahead if u need a visit during that period and book ahead of my leave. Thxs always for support.

New update for relocation. Jen will in office til Sept . 15. After that date . All booking will be through the new clinic.

The building is large with grey brown a blue trims directing across for Scotia Bank. Lots of parking.

The galway wellness Center has its own email. So after sept . 15 th the uicmedical@ gmail.com will be disabiled

Please review how you would like to non urgent lab requisitions . We can email them if u can print them. Or we can send through Canada post. Urgent bw req we will send to the lab and will email lab to get you book urgently .
I’m sure there will bumps in the road but we get through them.

Letters and emails regarding Dr. Kennedy’s relocation have been sent out over the past 2 weeks, anyone who have not reached out to us regarding your decision, please do so asap.
The last clinic day for Dr Kennedy in UIC will be Friday, September 8th. Anyone looking to book an appointment once she has moved, please wait until after September 18th to call her new office. If you have any questions please call or email.
