Chakra Balance Sound Series 4wks starts Sunday 28 September🙌
Enjoy and understand the benefits of sound and why so many are loving it and adding it to their wellness routine. Learn more about the 7main Chakras or energy points in your body and how they respond to sound and vibrations.

We will use Crystal Bowls that are attuned to the 7 Chakras and each week Robyn will guide you to explore a different tone, noticing how it resonates in your body. Robyn will invite you to try and play the bowls yourself, so not only will you learn the science behind this practice, but you will have an opportunity to feel the bowls for yourself.

We will then lie down and get totally comfortable to receive the sound from the crystal bowls tuned to the specific chakras for the week and bathe in the vibrations for 40 minutes. Notice the sensations and allow the sound to reach inside your body and re-balance your system naturally!

Best to join us for the whole series but you can also join us for single sessions.

Each week we will explore a different Chakra:

>>Root Chakra: Red, C Note - Feel safe and grounded, release fear + Navel Chakra: Orange, D Note - Pleasure, creativity and expressions of emotions
>>Solar Plexus Chakra: Yellow, E Note - Action and transformation, self-esteem and purpose + Heart Chakra: Green, F Note - Healing, love energy, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness
>>Throat Chakra: Blue, G Note - Find your voice and speak your truth + Third Eye Chakra: Indigo, A Note - Tap into your innate wisdom, tune into trust and intuition
>> Crown Chakra: Purple, B Note - Spiritual connection to the universe and your higher power

A gentle approach to yoga to stretch and strengthen the body and relax the mind.

We will start the class with breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation and continue with a total body warm-up, seated poses, standing poses and a cool-down including a final relaxation. The classes are varied and will be progressive, as we learn by doing.

Everyone welcome. This class is suitable for beginners, seniors, people coming back to yoga after a hiatus, people who have mobility issues or injuries and want to get stronger with yoga practice or anyone who is interested in a gentle yoga class. Chairs are also available for who doesn’t want or can’t sit or lie on the floor.

*Great to combine this class with intro to yoga if interested to practice twice a week.

Participants will experience improved health and wellness, better sleep, increased strength, mobility and flexibility, improved balance and greater relaxation, not to mention a sense of community.

>>Mondays 5:30 pm starts 8 September to 20 October
$80+tax= $91.20 or included in Unlimited Membership. No refund or credit for missed classes. Drop in rates available if space allows.
