This week Melanie was invited to attend the Annual MLA reception hosted by the Pharmacy Association of Nova Scotia. It was a great evening engaging with other pharmacy professionals and MLAs, as well as the Honorable Premier Tim Houston.

It’s very exciting to see how the changing scope of pharmacy practice is helping to improve accessibility to timely healthcare in our province!

Covid and Flu shots now available for online booking. See details below.

Nova Scotians can now book appointments for the COVID-19 and influenza vaccines. These safe, effective and free vaccines are recommended for everyone aged six months and older.

You can get the influenza and COVID-19 vaccines from participating family doctors, nurse practitioners, family practice nurses, pharmacies, public health offices and mobile units.

There are several options for booking an appointment:
