🌸Oh the wondrous world of PC6!
This beautiful point is vital to any acupuncturist with so many wonderful functions I couldn’t fit them all on a slide 😅 This point is so cool that they’ve even made bracelets just to press on this point to help alleviate nausea!

I often get asked if I treat for labour induction and the answer is yes!!
🐣It’s best to book 3-6 sessions before your due date to help baby to get a move on. These points listed are the ones most commonly needled during an appointment and while acupressure is great, the use of acupuncture needles is much more effective 💛

Let’s face it, I can’t needle through your clothing- so what should you wear?
Wearing loose movable clothing helps me get to your skin without you having to disrobe 😌
But don’t fret, if you forget or don’t have such clothing you are always welcome to disrobe to your comfort level for the purpose of your treatment, I’ve got oodles of sheet to keep you covered!

Being a practitioner of Chinese medicine is an honour. It’s important to remember where these practices come from and be thankful and respectful for the privilege of practicing them. Chinese New Year is such an amazing celebration and I hope you all get to experience it to its fullest!

One of my most beautiful memories of China was being there for Chinese New Year. I went to a friend’s home and made dumplings with her grandmother, met all of her extended family, and lit off huge rows of firecrackers. That night myself and fellow expats stood on a rooftop to watch our entire city of 4 million people paint the sky in brilliant fireworks! Fireworks lasted for weeks and the sheer amount of joy everyone had was palpable ☺️
