We have a focus on Holistic health, overall wellness for your mind, body and soul with a gorgeous man made Himalayan Salt Cave to enjoy 🧡 Helpful Info About Our Space

All Sessions are 45 min in duration and run on the hour every hour. Our doors our locked during sessions to keep safety and noise respect for our guests in sessions. You may still visit to shop please knock or ring door bell and we

will help you. When visiting our Hand & Foot Detox or Far-Infrared Sauna room, please bring your own towel and water bottle to avoid dehydration. For this room you may wear everyday clothes/comfy clothes or shorts/t-shirts/swimsuit. When visiting our Salt Cave you have the option to sit/lay in a zero gravity chair or sit/lay directly within the Himalayan Salt.For this room you may wear everyday clothes/comfy clothes or shorts/t-shirts/swimsuit. This room is a cool room and sits between 18-20 dress warm if cold sensitive and we also have blankets for comfort. Gift Certificates can be purchased in person during operating hours and also by phone or email which can emailed/mailed. Gift Certificates from the previous business (Salt Life Cave & Spa) will be honored for 1year. Gift Cards purchased prior to Feb 28th 2020 will expire on Feb 28th 2021, please book your visit in advance to avoid disappointment. COVID-19 Safety Precautions

We ask that if you are unwell or experiencing any covid-19 symptom's, please refrain from visiting. All of our sessions are private bookings, that means only you or whoever you bring will be in the session with you (we do not mix strangers)

All of our service rooms are disinfected after each guest use and high touch surfaces are also disinfected after each visit. Himalayan Salt is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-microbial. Our space is filtered and in our Salt Cave we have UV lighting for added protection. April is a month of awareness, understanding, and compassion 🩷

It is both World Autism Awareness Month and Limb Loss & Limb Difference Awareness Month—two causes that are very near and dear to our hearts.

We are surrounded by incredible family members and friends who live with autism, each one bringing unique perspectives, strengths, and light into this world. We celebrate their individuality and the beauty in seeing the world differently.

This month also holds a deeply personal meaning, as my son was born missing his left hand below the elbow. Through him, I’ve witnessed true resilience, strength, and determination. He reminds me every day that differences are not limitations—they are part of what makes us extraordinary.

At our space, we are proud to support, welcome, and celebrate individuals of all abilities. Everyone deserves a place where they feel safe, included, and valued.

Let’s use this month to continue spreading awareness, kindness, acceptance, and love.
