Did you know what we think , how we feel and what we do are all linked?
Do you find yourself thinking something negative, feeling a negative emotion and then doing something unhelpful? Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is an evidence based approach that aims to help you:

✅identify unhelpful thinking
✅see thoughts as ideas rather than facts
✅see different perspective and viewpoints of situations

In turn this has helped my clients become more self aware and start to change behaviours in situations they feel stuck in.
