But they create space for you to slow down, reconnect with your nervous system, and listen to yourself in a different way.
Here are my top 7 woo-woo practices:
1. Visualizing a protective light around your body before going into certain spaces
2. Whispering your intentions into a glass of water before you drink it
3. Blowing cinnamon through your front door on the first of the month for abundance
4. Writing something you are releasing and burning it to let the energy move
5. Cleansing your space with smoke or sound to shift what you cannot see
6. Setting energetic boundaries before sleep so nothing unwanted follows you into rest or interrupts your sleep
7. Asking for a sign and then noticing when it actually shows up
You do not have to understand these practices for them to support you. Just be open to your intentions with each. The rest will find a way 💜
