You, my friend, are living proof of healing and power 🔥

There are days when it feels like you’ve taken three steps forward and five steps back.

Days where the tears hit harder than the insight.
Days you feel like you’re losing yourself in the process. But maybe that’s the point. Maybe you’re shedding old versions of you that no longer fit the soul you’re becoming.

Spiritual awakening isn’t always pretty. It’s messy, raw, confusing, and beautiful all at once. You start to see the world differently. You feel energy more deeply. You crave things that nourish you instead of numb you. You’re learning to sit with yourself, to ask the hard questions, to trust your gut even when it scares you.

Last night, doubt crept in and I almost let it win. 👇

The past few days have been full of shifting frequencies. Subtle at first, then loud. Last night it peaked ✨

The Schumann Resonance, often called the Earth’s heartbeat, had a noticeable spike. These energetic surges can stir up emotions, thoughts, and inner patterns. For sensitives and intuitives, it’s not just a mood shift.

It’s an upgrade and a call to see yourself clearly and start living from that higher version of you. Not later. Now.

In real life. In the messy, raw, honest now. And in that moment, true doubt snuck in.
What if I couldn’t do it?
What if I failed?
What id it’s not meant to be?

And then I caught myself 💜 This was an old way of thinking, an old script that I don’t jive with. It was brought up to have me see how healing has shifted it.

Remember something: this path isn’t about proving ourselves. It’s about remembering who we are and standing in that. Standing in it so fully that one soul can remember another and see their light turn on.

Let the energy show you where you’re still playing small.

Expand and release the doubt. Don’t let it overcome you.
