Full moon on Thursday, June 28th: The full moon occurs when the sun is opposite the moon. This Thursday, the moon is going to be in the sign of Capricorn, while the sun is in the sign of Cancer. It highlights opposing forces in one's life...especially for those who have Cancer and Capricorn present in their birth chart and especially, since Cancer is ruled by the moon.
One can experience some conflict in matters related to home, family and intimate relationships. It is a good idea to use our subconscious awareness and intuition to overcome relationship challenges, as our emotional strength reach it's peak during the full moon. Seeds and nuts are can be used as a source of Protein, but Vegetables too contain some Protein. For example: Peas 100g=5g, Mushrooms 100g=3.1g , Asparagus: 100g= 2.2g
Broccoli 100g=2.8g , Edamame 1/2 cup= 9g ,
Brussel Sprouts:100g=3.4g.
