I had no idea what I was doing…

And I did it anyways.

Turns out that Woman UP was the best thing for my heart and soul because it was the best thing for over 100 other women’s hearts and souls.

I spotted this gem in the local You Are Here magazine created by - they generously donated a spot for us to say THANK YOU to all of the incredible women, sponsors, speakers and prize donors.

I think about Woman UP every day and am so honoured to carry forward the force and inspiration that it has created.

I can’t even. But I will because you couldn’t make this s**t up if you tried.

We actually spent a lot of time swearing and laughing in our appointment.

And ended with estrogen (systemic and vaginal) prescriptions being faxed STAT

You deserve better care.

My patient was so relieved by the end of our appointment and said “I knew it was hormonal. And I knew you’d have the answer”

This is why I keep showing up.
