🏃♂️ 2026 Fitness Goals Series | Meet Our Team in Motion! 💪
At Uxbridge Physiotherapy, we don’t just talk about movement—we live it. In 2026, we’re launching a new weekly series highlighting the fitness goals of our physiotherapists, massage therapists, and amazing staff as they challenge themselves to stay active, strong, and healthy.
✨ Why does this matter?
Regular exercise has been shown to help manage many health conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoarthritis, and more. Movement truly is medicine—and we love practicing what we preach.

Jeff is lacing up for a big year! His 2026 goals include:
• Running a personal best 10 km
• Logging over 750 km throughout the year, surpassing last year’s running mileage
We’ll be cheering him on every step of the way! 🙌
