Uxbridge Mayor Dave Barton and Ward 4 Councillor Willie Popp came by the clinic to recognize the Queen’s Jubilee Award Jodi Bussiere was given in 2022. Thanks to Preston Gallery for the beautiful framing. Jodi was presented with this award for her outstanding contributions to her community and Canada.

Thank you Leslie for an incredible 11 years 💛

It is with both joy and a touch of sadness that we announce Leslie’s retirement from our clinic. Leslie has been an integral part of the Uxbridge Physiotherapy team as a Registered Massage Therapist for 11 years! Throughout her time with us, Leslie has cared for countless clients with compassion, skill, and dedication. Her healing hands and warm heart have made a lasting difference in the lives of so many, and her presence in our clinic will be deeply missed by both staff and patients alike.

While we are sad to see her leave, we are also so happy for her as she begins this exciting new chapter of life. Please join us in wishing Leslie all the happiness, health, and adventure that retirement can bring. 🌸✨

So nice to catch up with Bridget Gerard who is in the middle of her MSc in Physiotherapy Degree at the University of Limerick. Bridget was one of our summer volunteers last year and attended the World Rowing Championships in August 2024 with Jodi Bussiere. So great to keep in touch with our students and future Physiotherapists!

Meet Rylan & Joelle, two of our our fabulous summer volunteers…. Rylan is studying Kinesiology at Wilfred Laurier University, and Joelle is studying Wildlife Biology and Conservation at the University of Guelph. We are so happy to have them volunteering for us this summer and are honoured to mentor them in their career paths in healthcare.

Our team was on site this morning at the annual Run for the Diamond held in Elgin Park. We helped runners who were experiencing heat illnesses and minor injuries as they ran 5km, 10km and the kids dash in these high temperatures. Well done everyone!
