🏃‍♂️ Last post in our 2026 Fitness Goals Series | Meet Our Team in Motion! 💪

At Uxbridge Physiotherapy, we don’t just talk about movement—we live it. We continue with our weekly series highlighting the fitness goals of our staff as they challenge themselves to stay active, strong, and healthy.

✨ Why does this matter?
Regular exercise has been shown to help manage many health conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoarthritis, and more. Movement truly is medicine—and we love practicing what we preach.

🏋️‍♀️ This week’s spotlight: Nicole Reixach Streeter whose 2026 goals include working out on a regular basis with cardio and weights, continuing to improve her golf game ⛳️ and taking more walks.🚶‍♀️

Is pain or an injury holding you back from exercising and reaching your fitness goals?
You don’t have to push through it alone. Give us a call—we’d love to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what you love.

We’re excited to welcome Rachel Lehman, our co-op student who is currently at Durham College in the Physiotherapy Assistant program. She’ll be spending the next few months learning the ins and outs of what we do here in our clinic, and we’re thrilled to be part of her learning journey.

Bonus fun fact: today she perfectly matched two of our amazing front desk staff, Stacey & Nicole, clearly already fitting right in! 💙👚

If you see her around, feel free to say hello and help us make her feel right at home!
