Depuis plus de 12 ans, je crée et j’anime des cours, qui permettent à toute personne qui le désire, d’explorer le potentiel de son corps dans un studio unique, niché au cœur de Val-Morin. Je privilégie un apprentissage attentionné et convivial par le biais de cours en petits groupes (maximum 10 personnes) ou de cours privés et semi-privés (à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur). Je varie les exercices d’

un cours à l’autre question d’éviter la routine ! Formations et certifications :

Passionate about fitness and maintenance for long-term wellness. Le cours de Barre est une technique d’entraînement inspirée par des éléments de ballet, de yoga et de Pilates. Cette approche se concentre sur des mouvements à faible impacts conçus pour enforcer le corps. Ce cours est ouvert à tous peu importe le niveau. Horaire et prix, voir ci-dessous

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact movements designed to strengthen the body. Schedule: Wednesdays - 17h15 - 18h15

Our Story

Yogalates is a mix of yoga and Pilates great for building strength,endurance, ,flexibility and balance . Intervals This is a 90 minute class where we combine weight training with cardio. High intensity interval training (HIIT) New this fall at Atelier Mise En Forme. POUND ROCK workout. Is a type of workout where your inner rock star comes out! We're pounding to the beat while keeping fit. A great and fun workout! BARRE workout Nathalie is a certified barre instructor. Barre class is a mix of Pilates and ballet, an intensive workout combining low impact cardio and serious muscle toning.Very gentle for those who have lower back issues. NATUROPATHY Bertrand is a certified Naturopath. If you have any health issues and are looking for natural alternatives, Bertrand will guide you on your path to recovery. You want to change your eating habits? By adding more alkaline foods and less acidic foods can improve our health and well being.
