I highly recommend this training Mental Health First Aid for everyone - you learn how to support friends, family or coworkers experiencing a mental health concern. Have you ever wondered what you should say or do when someone is struggling? This type of information is so needed in our rural communities so I am happy to see it’s available in Assiniboia in March.

We are trying again and hope we have chosen a better time for everyone to take part in this valuable training! Registration required!
