Anyone else need a reminder to breathe this week? Here is yours.

December isn’t always full of merry moments, cheery carols or family full festivities.

For some, it’s scrimping together money to buy gifts for their kids, (thanks mass consumerism), grief resurfacing when it’s realized it’s been how many christmases without loved ones, or families being miles apart geographically or by choice. The list can go on and on…
Tread carefully to those around you right now friends, this season isn’t always jolly. Give patience and love without judgment, the greatest gift of all you can give.

Join me on July 14th @ 6:30pm for OUTDOOR YOGA at the beautiful Festina Lente Winery.

Canuck Place is BC’s pediatric palliative care provider for children with life-threatening illnesses and the families who love them. Their team of physicians, nurses, counsellors, therapists, staff, and volunteers provide medical respite care, pain and symptom management, art, music, and recreation therapy, end-of-life care, grief, loss, and bereavement counselling. All at no cost.

I’m honoured to be a part of fundraising for Canuck Place. Roll up your mat friends, and join me for a lovely outdoor evening class.
