🍕 Our van lunch trip took us to a pizzeria in Kerrisdale called Bufala Pizzeria.

Their thin crust pizza is made in the Napolitana style and blistered to bubbly perfection in their stone oven. Their Pepperoni and Honey pizza (pepperoni, radicchio, mozzarella and fermented serrano chili honey) and their Pesto and Ricotta pizza (basil and dandelion pesto, fresh ricotta, pine nuts and parmigiano) were our favourites and absolutely delicious.

We are definitely going back!

On this Remembrance Day, we honour the men and women who served with courage and compassion. Their sacrifices shaped the lives we live today, and their strength continues to inspire us. Lest we forget.

Our collage crafting session today brought that spirit to life as residents used old magazines, coloured paper, and acrylic paints to create beautiful poppy art. Each piece was a heartfelt tribute, reflecting gratitude and remembrance in every field of poppies. ❤️
