A quiet moment.
A mindful breath.
A reminder that healing doesn’t have to be rushed.
Sometimes, grounding can start with something as simple as raking sand, stacking stones, or noticing the stillness around you.
What do you love about miniature zen gardens?

With a strong commitment to mental health awareness, she worked closely with indigenous groups during her undergraduate studies, gaining firsthand insights into the importance of cultural narratives in shaping mental well-being. This experience ignited a passion for promoting empathy and understanding, while reducing stigma, within mental health discussions. A self-proclaimed medieval history nerd, Bruce Springsteen superfan, and lover of historical literature, she often relates the power of storytelling as a tool for healing and connection. With a warm heart and an empathetic spirit, she is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where every voice is heard and valued in the conversation around mental health.

🌿 A little greenery goes a long way 🌿
Plants aren’t just for decoration—they help create a calm, grounded, and welcoming environment. In our counselling space, the presence of plants is intentional. They remind us to slow down, breathe deeply, and stay connected to the present moment.
Whether it’s the soft glow of string lights or a trailing vine by the window, these little touches can make a big difference in how we feel.
What elements help you feel safe and at ease in a space? 🌱
