Introducing our newest Vancouver RCC: Ashley Yeung!

One of Ashley’s favourite parts of this work is the privilege of supporting other humans — embracing the vulnerability, the messiness, the authenticity, and the deep, meaningful conversations that come with it. Her practice is trauma-informed and rooted in narrative therapy, where she explores the stories of each person’s life with compassion and curiosity, while also considering the social and cultural factors that may have influenced where they are today.

Ashley believes that the stories people tell about themselves are not the only possibilities. Together with her clients, she works to explore narratives that feel more authentic and empowering, grounded in the strengths and values that already exist within them. She has supported youth and adults with depression, anxiety, substance use, identity, grief and loss, family and relationship challenges, stress, burnout, as well as many other mental health concerns.

Ashley is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, particularly those who are late identified or diagnosed, autistic, AuDHD, highly sensitive, or living with ADHD. She welcomes clients to show up exactly as they are, knowing that her space is one of acceptance, safety, and non-judgment.

Meet our newest Vancouver Registered Clinical Counsellor: Satina Rai!

Satina’s therapeutic approach is relational, trauma-informed, and deeply person-centred. Satina believes healing happens in connection, and strives to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Satina's work will be tailored to you, your story, your identities, and your goals, while grounded in anti-oppressive and narrative practices that honour both your lived experience and the impact of larger systems. Satina also invites space for somatic exploration, recognizing the wisdom the body carries. She has experience supporting youth and adults navigating intimate partner violence, grief and loss, addictions and substance use, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and life transitions. You are the expert of your life, and Satina’s role is to walk alongside you as you untangle, heal, and reconnect with your strength and resilience. Satina thoughtfully integrates Response-Based Practice, CBT, DBT, and IFS to support meaningful, sustainable change. In our sessions, all parts of you are welcome and we will move at your pace, guided by consent, curiosity, and compassion.
