I thought my body was broken after having kids. 😢
Turns out… it was trying to tell me something powerful. 💖

Most people don’t know my postpartum story.
For those silently battling pelvic pain, exhaustion, bladder leaks, or heart palpitations — this is for you. 🤫

Even your closest friends may not understand.
But my story has a hopeful ending. 🌸

I’m now on the other side — helping busy working moms reclaim their energy, confidence, and pelvic health. 💪

During pregnancy I faced:
👉 Back pain, swelling, emotional eating.
After birth came sleepless nights, exhaustion, and bladder leaks — while trying to hold it all together.

The hardest part?
I’m a physical therapist.
For years, I helped others heal while secretly falling apart myself. 😢

My energy vanished, my bladder leaks worsened, my heart raced at night.
Sometimes I’d hide in the bathroom just to breathe. 🫣

It was pelvic floor dysfunction + hormonal imbalance.
And the “do more Kegels” approach didn’t work. 😩

That’s when I realized: healing wasn’t about doing more —
it was about listening to my body and caring for myself differently. 🌿

I learned how gut health, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion were the missing pieces.
Gradually, I restored balance, energy, and confidence. ✨

Now I enjoy:
🦋 Pain-free movement
💤 Deep, restful sleep
🚺 Freedom from bladder leaks
💞 Renewed intimacy
🌸 Calm, clarity, and confidence

And I help other women do the same. 💫

Even 30 minutes a week, journaling 📓, walking 🌿, or sitting in silence, lowers stress, supports healing, and resets your nervous system. For a mama healing her core and pelvic floor, that pause can mean less tension, less pain, and more strength.

Today, I’m taking a moment to breathe this in: 1,000 women inside our Women’s Physio & Wellness Circle, growing, healing, and rising together. This isn’t just a number—it’s a movement. It’s proof that when women come together with courage, care, and curiosity, something powerful happens. 💫

As a mom, a physical therapist, and a women’s health advocate, I know firsthand how easy it is to put our needs on the back burner. Between the demands of family, work, and the invisible mental load we carry, it’s no wonder so many of us feel disconnected from our own bodies, our energy, and even our sense of purpose.
