I am a physical therapist….
and a busy, professional working mom.

I have worked across multiple rehab settings,
supporting my clients through pain, recovery, and healing.

But when it came to my own body…
something was off.

I was doing the exercises.
Staying active.
Trying to keep up with everything.

But quietly… I was still struggling.

That’s when it really hit me

Why physical therapy alone sometimes isn’t enough.
