Reiki allows your body to enter a deep state of relaxation in order for it to be able to heal itself. In today's society we're often in a state of fight or flight with high stress and cortisol levels. Our bodies can only heal once in a state of homeostasis. Reiki allows the body to enter that state so the healing can begin. It allows the stuck energy to start flowing in the body, bringing it to the surface so we can release what is no longer serving us. Inspired by my own healing journey I learned to combine Reiki healing, Breathwork, NLP & conscious cognitive reprogramming to help people suffering from illness, anxiety and depression, chronic pain or stress, eating disorders - release past traumas and transcend stuck energy in the body to elevated and vital emotions and create the life they want �
I specialize in people overcome addictions as a result of trauma. By healing the trauma and helping you create a deep, unwavering sense of self love - you will be able to create a life you love and experience of life that you love. A journey to loving yourself and loving your life. Having been through this journey myself I have a deep sense of compassion And understanding for the healing journey my clients are going through. Any area you are stuck in your life you have an unhealed trauma pattern from your past. Trauma leads to --> addiction to temporarily numb or soothe the pain
Trauma: any experience that you witness or absorb that has your nervous system light up on edge to warn you. When the pattern is not complete it's stored in the body and creates dis-ease. Addiction: any behaviour that provides a temporary relief but is harmful long term. This can be anything from drugs & alcohol .. to being a workaholic, shopaholic, sex-addict etc. In order for us to heal the trauma we must bring the emotions to the surface, complete the emotional pattern creating a release and allowing us to be free from it.
