We explain why and when your shoulder can hurt, and show some basic exercises for shoulder pain.
Shoulder pain is common and treatable. Often self-care and a little time is all you need. Most cases are not serious and heal back to normal function. If the pain does not go away in few days, common tactics (pain-relievers, rest, and ice-packs) are not helping, or if your ability to function is severely impaired, we recommend that you consult a physio.
