Find what slowing down means for you
It might just be incorporating a couple slower practices a week.
My younger self would have never wasted the time doing yin or restorive yoga
But over the last decade they have become essential as part of my overall practice
Your body will tell you when you get on the mat, does it really want to push through another more physical practice, or does it want to slow down, soften + surrender. Perhaps inviting in a more reflective state?
What is your body telling you?
There’s no right or wrong. There is just the coming home to yourself. Let the whispers of your intuition guide you
