Happy Monday friends! Being that itโs the start of a new week, I wanted to share one of my favourite art journaling prompts, thatโs rooted in mindfulness and tuning into the power of our breath ๐ซโค๏ธ
Begin by spending time with the statement โI amโ โฆ ๐ญ
Who are you? What makes you unique and special? What do you value about yourself? What makes you the strong and resilient human that you are? Create space to write/draw/paint/express your reflections however you feel called ๐จ
Find a comfortable position to focus on your breath. Inhaling โI amโ, and exhaling the words you wrote down with every breath. For example, inhale โi amโ, exhale โcreativeโ. Make your way through each word you wrote down, slowly honouring all the magic you bring to the table โจ
I am kind,
I am creative,
I am non-judgmental,
I am brave,
I am empathetic,
I am always growing,
I am in love with plants & nature,
I am strong,
I am enough,
I am beautiful.
