✍️ I just got a new Moleskine notebook, and I never noticed this before — usually I just recycle the packaging, but on the inside of it there’s a “Do Not Touch” message.

Very clever 🙌🏻 as many of my clients say they hesitate to have a journal or write in it out of fear that someone might find and read it 😨

But what if what’s holding you back is FEAR?

The part of you that’s afraid to outgrow who we’ve been.

It whispers …
What if I fail?
What if it all falls apart?

Your becoming isn’t about avoiding fear.
It’s about not mistaking fear for truth.

Keep in mind that fear will show up at every threshold.
But so will strength. So will clarity.
So will the self you’re meant to meet.

or preventing you?

🌱 Just like the seed has to crack to allow the root and sprout to emerge, your ego has to crack and shed to allow your soul to birth and take root.

This process takes time and it requires that you descend into the underworld, into the womb-tomb for this often harrowing and magical experience.
