Last night I was so blessed to see Gurudev here in Vancouver ✨🙏
He reminded us that even in this busy world, with only 24 hours in a day, the secret is not to add more time — but to add more energy. 🌿
Through balanced food, rest, breath, and meditation, we connect back to our true nature: joy, peace, and laughter.
