Partly inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), forest therapy walks are a way to come together, get out of our heads and get into our senses & bodies. o 2kms round trip - but we go off trail so the ground is often uneven. It's not a strenuous walk but more of a slow wander, with lots of opportunities for resting and sitting.
