Filming out front

Just to let you know we are open but they will be filming on our block on Monday. There will be no parking out front Sunday July 6 to Tuesday July 8 (and probably none in the back either). Maybe come a little earlier those days. Have a great weekend ☀️

Balance

Trying to create balance in life is easier said than done. But I’m working on it. I find it helpful to get back to myself - back to my body. When I take time to hear what she needs I feel better. If you’d like some help, book in. Taking an hour to discuss what your body needs is a great start 🩷

Movement

I’m big on taking time everyday to lie on the floor (ask my patients). Let your back relax - especially if you have to sit for work. Let gravity take a different pull on your back. And then move in different ways. Move your arms into different ranges. How did that feel? What about your legs? Ankles? Wrists?

How does your body like to move? What feels good? What doesn’t?
