Massage therapy is good for the heart ♥️

Sewing with love

Our sheets take a beating with all the washing that they go through. And we don’t want to be wasteful and just get rid of them. Luckily my mom loves to sew. If you happen to see a mended sheet or face cover know that it has been lovingly repaired by my mom ❤️

Filming out front

Just to let you know we are open but they will be filming on our block on Monday. There will be no parking out front Sunday July 6 to Tuesday July 8 (and probably none in the back either). Maybe come a little earlier those days. Have a great weekend ☀️

Balance

Trying to create balance in life is easier said than done. But I’m working on it. I find it helpful to get back to myself - back to my body. When I take time to hear what she needs I feel better. If you’d like some help, book in. Taking an hour to discuss what your body needs is a great start 🩷
